Privacy Policy

Effective 27 October 2026

Nolenzo (“Nolenzo”, “we”, “us”) provides marketing and appointment-booking services to home-improvement businesses in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers our website, our services to business clients, and the homeowners who respond to the advertising we run for those clients.

1. Who we are

Nolenzo is a marketing agency based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the controller of personal information we collect for our own business, and we process homeowner enquiries on behalf of our business clients. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

From business clients and prospective clients:

  • Name, job title, business name, business address, email address and phone number
  • Business details needed to run campaigns, such as service area, photos of completed work, and access to advertising accounts
  • Billing information, which is collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card details.
  • Records of calls, emails and messages with us

From homeowners who respond to our clients’ advertising:

  • Name, phone number, email address, and property address or ZIP code
  • Project details you choose to share, such as the type of room, budget, timeline and whether you own the property
  • Appointment details and records of messages with you

From visitors to our website: basic technical information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, manage and improve our services to business clients
  • To respond to homeowner enquiries, confirm project details, and book appointments with the business the homeowner enquired with
  • To send appointment reminders and follow-up messages by text and email
  • To communicate with clients and prospective clients about our services
  • To process payments and keep business records
  • To keep our services secure and meet our legal obligations

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on the following legal bases: performing a contract, our legitimate interests in running and promoting our business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required (for example, for marketing text messages).

4. Text messaging

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your enquiry, your appointment and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver the messages on our behalf.

5. Who we share information with

  • Our business clients: when a homeowner enquires about a project, their details are shared with the business they enquired with, so that business can follow up and provide a quote.
  • Service providers who help us run our services, such as our CRM and messaging platform, advertising platforms (Meta), payment processing (Stripe), email and productivity tools, and form providers. They may only use the information to provide services to us.
  • Authorities or advisers where required by law, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United Kingdom and many of our service providers are based in the United States. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards provided by those service providers.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including to provide our services, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to request a copy of your information. To make a request, email [email protected]. If you are a homeowner whose details were shared with one of our clients, you may also contact that business directly.

If you are in the UK, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses and adult homeowners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the effective date at the top.
